After the InfiniEDGE team worked their magic, this client could track inventory and get ongoing totals displaying the number of shipments that needed to be sent out. Retail employees could quickly and easily create and print reports comparing the number of shipments from online orders and telephone orders and view lists of backordered products in seconds. This software obviously reported which puller and packer worked to create a shipment, but it didn’t stop there. The innovative minds at InfiniEDGE, also included the ability for the retailer to view and print reports showing the average time it took each puller and packer to prepare packages.
